1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges if:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You must provide photos or videos of the product issue (if damaged or defective).
2. How to Request a Return or Refund

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions or arrange a replacement.
⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or supplier without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the shipping cost.

If the return is for other reasons (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@akao.io.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
